9.04.060 - Fireworks and explosives.
It is unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to sell, keep for sale or offer for sale any firecrackers, torpedoes, rockets, or other fireworks of any description, or other such explosives or to discharge the same within one mile of the boundaries of the city.
